DESCRIPTION:
Unknown, 8 day time and strike steeple clock variant. We have never seen this model before. It could have been made by an individual craftsman as it is fitted with a Terry and Andrews movement that dates from an earlier period. It does not appear to be a factory made clock as the backboard is made from walnut which is a wood not normally used for that purpose. If it was a manufactured piece, a movement closer to the age of the case and fancy pendulum would have been chosen, c1880
